This design is all about texture! I love adding ribbon candy quilting on quilts, but when I tried to free motion it with it turning back and forth to get a basket weave look, I wanted a design to make it easier for me. Maybe you feel the same way.
 
I like this best on at 3" tall, but it's a lot of fun bigger than that too! No backstitching, and looks amazing on a 50% repeat every other row (as shown in the design).
